We want you to be completely satisfied with your snacks; if your Pork Rinds aren't perfectly crunchy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a quality issue.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Verify Product Condition
Ensure the pork rind bags are unopened, in their original packaging, and stored in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
- 3.Ship Item Back
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send your package to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement flavor within 5 business days.
